Receptionist & Property Administrator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a receptionist/administrator to join our busy property office. This is primarily a reception/admin role within a team selling, letting and managing property. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role. An understanding of the lettings and wider property industry would be advantageous.
What is the Job?
Ogilvy Chalmers is a multi-discipline team of Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Land Agents and Architects providing a full range of rural property services. You will play an essential role in providing a positive first impression to clients, tenants, visitors and callers. A helpful and polite manner will achieve the aim of providing excellent customer service. In addition to reception and secretarial duties you will provide administrative support to a small but busy team.
